I am looking at renting a house in sheffield somewhere reasonably close to the university. The areas close by are extremly expensive and today i have spotted some houses around Herries road these houses are a £100 a month cheaper.
What i would like to know is this becasue it is a bad area or purely because it is not in crookes, Broomhill etc.
