I think the title says it all. Looking to relocate family sometime end Sep/early Oct. I don't know Sheffield well, but have been told that some areas in the south are good areas, hence the area.
Would prefer to be not too far from the city centre, though it doesn't need to be walking distance, 20-30 minutes on foot is fine. Off road parking preferred. Good schools nearby would be a plus (kids are junior school age).
No particular budget in mind, though somewhere £5-700 would be good.Can go higher for the right property, but equally won't pay over the odds. Most of the above is arbitrary, and I'm flexible on most points for the right property.
A combined retail/residential property would be considered too since I'm relocating my business too.

Hi there, I have a 4/5 bed house near the supermarkets, park, schools etc and about half hour walk to city. In Millhouses/ Nether Edge. safe garden and off road parking. Give me a pm back and I can let you have some photos. It is a bit more than you are looking at but is a lovely family home.

hi we have a 4 bedroom house available in crookes for £900.
the whole house is currently being refurbed at the moment, inc. full re wire and brand new combi boiler and will be ready for around the 21st this month.
all the bedrooms are big double rooms. there is a larger dining room and a large living room. modern kitchen. double glazed through out.
