I have a City Centre parking space available at Riverside in the QPark just by the new Irwin Mitchell building and Law Courts.

From QPark direct it costs £300 per quarter. I am looking for £75 per month. Meaning you would save £75 per quarter.

It is a secure 24 hour car park and you only have access with your pass. I'm renting for a ligitimate reason, being that I own an apartment next door and my current tenant is renting the property without the space.
