Hi there, I'm starting my pgce post grad course iat the uni of sheffield in 3 weeks and need to find a room asap, but the house has to have parking. I'm very eay going, fun and tidy. I'd ideally like to be in crookes or crookesmoor, however time is short and as long as I'm close to uni will consider else where.

My Girlfriend and I (professionals) have a single room available in the apartment that we rent. Its in Broomhall, couple of min to the university and not far from the botanical gardens. The apartment is newly refurbished with modern furnishings and we have wireless broadband throughout, and SkY tv in the main living room. there is free parking available just outside the house.

The house is a Brand New refurbishment - So lovely condition inside, all fully furnished. Its near to the shops in Crookes and near to uni by 15 minute walk or 5 mins on the bus. Lovely area and not on top of everyone.
