Hi,
I know someone who does not leave in Sheffield anymore but needs to come back ASAP due to family commitments. They are looking for a 2 bed property, anywhere in the city really. For 2 adults over 40 but they are on sickness benefits so will need someone who accepts housing benefit. The rent needs to be as cheap as possible really as housing benefit only cover upto a certain ammount (apparently) so they would have to pay the rest and as they are on sickness dont get much money.
Can anyone help them please.
