this is just a little thank you to the lovely KTHFB for being my first paying SF order!

ive been making hats for the last couple of years, mainly as bulk orders for a local shop and for ebay for a while too...but KTHFB has been my first bespoke commission.

unfortunately, the order time was slightly extended due to needing to order in the crystals, but it was collected this week with big smiles all round.

thank you to KTHFB and i hope you have a fabulous day at the races....youre going to lovely absolutely fabulous! :D

thank you ruby, nope its not a super huge head, the hats are dinky little top hats that measure about 6" across and just under 4" high...before they get feathers.

they are the perfect inbetween hat- between a hat and a fascinator, but fascinating nonetheless!

I've toyed with the idea of wearing a hat like this instead of a veil / tiara! Trouble is I don't think I'm a hat person, I can never fine them to suit me grr

Sorry, only just managed to get on this weekend - it's been a bit bust with one thing and another.

The hats ARE fabulous (mine especially). Can't wait to wear it for the races next week and the photos will be plastered all over my facebook. I've shown it a couple of my friends as I took a photo on my phone and they love it as much as I do. So thank YOU Sophie!

Honeyb35 - I don't think with this type of hat you particularly HAVE to have a hat face. Best thing to do would be have a meet with Sophie, she's got loads of ideas, plus, you could just have a comb as opposed to a hat anyway.
