I have eventually found a house with an offer that has been accepted- Big weight of my mind. It is a leasehold house as i realise many are in Sheffield i am just a little concerned that the lease may not allow me to rent out the propety, which i may be needing to do for a period in a few years. Does anyone have any experience with leasehold houses and the typical conditions on them.?

Also what are the chances of getting completly ripped off for maintinence, service charges etc? Anyone had any troublesome experiences and how have you dealt with them?
