I need help deciding which of these camera's to buy, preferably i want a camera that is also good in low light conditions.

These both seem like good cameras but i am really stuck as to which one to choose, they are both roughly the same price (£180).

I hope i can get some advice soon because i am looking to order in the next day or two.

Hi, I've got a S9600 - some of my pics are here http://www.flickr.com/photos/leahgrayson/ so you can see the sort of stuff I've taken with it.
To be honest I don't think I've used the camera to it's full potential yet - I'm still a learner, but I plan to set myself a few projects this winter and suss it out properly.
All in all though, I'm happy with it and for me it's easier than having the added complication of having to swap lenses around, but I guess it's just down to what you're used to using. Maybe one day, I'll get a full DSLR but until then, the S9600S does the job for me!

I started out on the S5600, which was a superb camera. I think the 9600 is the newer version of it, so should be a good buy.
