I'm looking for a room in Sheffield in the city center, Crookesmoor or Broomhall preferably, or well, west street and nearby!
I'm 24 years old and have just finished a degree in English literature and linguistics. Now I'm starting an MA at The University of Sheffield in September, so I need a room as soon as possible (to move in by mid September).
I would prefer to share the flat with English speaking people. I'm outgoing, tidy and pretty chilled-out. I love listening to music, going to gigs, hanging out with mates, talk to a beer in a night in, reading, writing, camping, traveling, enjoying nature....I'm pretty easy to get on with so if you have a spare room and think you can fit with me, just don't doubt a second and contact me!

P.S: Also, I found some nice houses in the Broomhall area (Clarke St, Brunswick St), so if you read this ad and you are also looking for a room just tell me and we can find other people to rent any of those houses!

Hi there!

I don't know if you're still looking but I am moving away from Sheffield so will be needing someone to take over my room.

It's a double room in a lovely, 4bed house on Ecclesall road. It's just a little way up from hunter's bar but has bus stops going in both directions just outside. There's also parking at the back on a quiet road that runs along the back of the houses.

The other tenants are lovely, 2 Irish girls (one doing a physiotherapy degree, the other a PHD in landscape gardening...i think) and one American guy who is doing an MA in English.

The room's £56.50 per week but is taken on the 1st of every month in installments of £244.83. I know it's not the area you're looking at but it's definitely worth a look :)

If you have any questions or want to have a look feel free to message me on here or email me at purple_starryness@hotmail.com.

Good Luck with everything!!

Jenn

Hi Rachel,

A room has just become available in our house on Beehive Road in Crookesmoor. We've all just graduated from the university of sheffield (2 of us studying english lit!) and are now living as professionals so you'd have a nice quiet house during the day to work for your MA.
For more information feel free to contact me on 07983612259
