We're a married couple (aged 33 & 29) with a new-build house on a quiet estate in Kiveton Park.

We're looking for a lodger for top bedroom which is carpeted with double bed, plus really nice modern ensuite shower room with toilet and sink.

£300 per month, plus bond of £250. This includes all bills, council tax etc. Wireless internet in house.
