we are a couple of postgraduate students who are looking for a nice apartment well situated, near the centre and the university. We need it from the next week on, until the end of the semester (42 weeks more or less). We are expecting to have internet access and utilites. No council taxes because we are both students. We are very tidy, clean and will take excellent care of it. Do not worry, we don't throw parties, smoke or drink.
