Just a little poll... its pretty simple!

As many of you might have heard the Govt' are proposing a Home Information Pack for sellers to compile prior to marketing their property.

Im just wondering how many people know about this, and if you think it will be beneficial and why?

You must be an Estate Agent then :D all the ones I know have said the exact same thing - I think it must have come in the NAEA mag I would generally put that perception in option 2.
