Just a quick question

Do any of you lovely forummers know if the buses are running tomorrow. I know there is a (half?) marathon being run but i want to get into the town centre for about 9:20 am

I won't be coming on a first mainline bus but either a stagecoach eastmidlands, yorkshire traction or yorkshire terrier bus.

Anyone know that type of service they are running?

If only the sypte website with its non existant timetable finder was as helpful, can't find the sunday operating of the 265 bus anywhere.

How about the train? you didn't say where you were travelling from

I wish it was help ful but 3 things about it:

1)aston express bus company don't exist anymore
2)the 265 on a sunday is run by stagecoach east midlands
3) I know it runs on a sunday as it is how I get to the meets and back.

All I want to know is if i can get to sheffield for 9:30 in the morning! I've written a letter of complaint to sypte but i guess i'll be running down to chapeltown at 8:30 and hoping.

The stagecoach website is a nightmare too!

you are better going direct to the www.yorkshiretravel.net site. I wrote to PTE last week as the site had no details of service changes details.The PTE replied and were sorry it was due to late changes following discussions with First and it was aware a faulty link from its site to the journey planner.
