Yep, I worked there, both in directory enquiries, and cust service. Targets are high, while still having to maintain very good customer service, people are usually very friendly, but pay is not as good for agency workers as for BT employees. Contracts for BT are virtually non existent in Directories, but are more likely in Cust serv. (Or so they tell us). Generally though, not a bad place to work, as far as call centres go. Hope this helps. (By the way, I left because of lack of childcare!)

Stand know chance if you won't relocate to India.

Job Spec
Talk partial english but don't understand it.
Don't know what the person is on about because they have not been trained sufficiently. (only work of dummy cards).

No I am not being racist I was on the phone for over two and a half hours over three days. This was over 3 days just to get a call bar taken of my phone. Had the line checked 3 times when I knew it was ok.

Can anyone recomend a good reliable telecom company that doesn't have these problems because I'am changing
