My question is, if a cleaning contract is due for renewal in September, how long before that would the present holder of said contract, know if they`d lost it or not, and if they have lost it,when would a new contractor be informed as to whether they`ve managed to secure it?

All these cleaning companies on here and no-one can answer this question? Hmm.

They should know now. I worked for a contract cleaning company and they have to by law give you four weeks notice to any change in your circumstance incase you are not kept on or your hours or pay change with the new contractor
