Sorry this is very vague -only heard it once.
Heard it at ski village today, its a sort of rave rap ish song.
The words i remember were something like- this man's psychotic.
or something like that.
It had really weird music at the begining.

I am probably miles off but when I read your post it automatically made me think of The Avalanches track "Frontier Psychiatrist" It has a verse that goes -

At the start you can hear horses and it's like an old 50's style educational advert or something with trumpets, scratching and back beat, with rap over the top of it. LOL like I say I'm probably way off.

Its a little unnerving but quite addictive.
