Id expect it to go up a bit more this year due to electricity costs going up... oldboy 23-08-2008, 16:07 WE HAVE SOME NEW 2BEDROOM APARTMENTS BEING REALEASED IN ABOUT 4 WEEKS THEY ARE AT KELHAM ISLAND YOU CAN VIEW ON WWW.NUGASGROUP.CO.UK OR RING ME ON MY MOBILE 07736149427 Shakaboo 25-08-2008, 15:35 Thinking of buying a 2 bed apartment in the city centre and wondered how much i could expect to pay in service charges. it depends on the size as they do it by floorspace- we have two in w one - they are both each around £650 every 6 months. Its the elecy what made it so expensive in w one - but they've just installed trendy new blue led lights in the comunal areas that are said to dramatically reduce it - Just wondered where u buying? ask the vendor too! Milky Joe 26-08-2008, 07:52 True, depends on the size of the flat. My flat is huge but unfortunately comes with an equally huge service charge! You may see rises because of electricity price increases, or your maintenance company may have already budgeted for it. spicey 27-08-2008, 13:57 Its the elecy what made it so expensive in w one - but they've just installed trendy new blue led lights in the comunal areas that are said to dramatically reduce it - Might be trendy but makes the corridors really dark. I keep getting suprised when I walk out of the flat. The prices do vary due to size, mine in West One is about 1700 for the year and it's a 2-bed, so best thing like the others say is to ask. |
