What current options are there to learn some electricial skills? I’ve done plumbing and fancy adding something else to my skill base.

I’ve heard of:
Part P (unsure if this is the same as one of the below?)
17th Edition Wiring Regs - C&G 2382
Electrical Installation - C&G 2330 Level 2
Inspection & Testing Certificate – C&G 2391

Any advice on what is a good (accredited) course that could be taken in evenings that does NOT need you to be working as a electrician already.
