It seems a bit odd that she went into the Indian BB because she needed the money knowing full well that she had some test results coming back. I wonder if there is a clause whereby if you leave the BB house of your own accord you don't get paid but if you're ill then you do? Also, you wouldn't get insured to travel if you were awaiting test results?

Either way I wouldn't put it past her...

Partly, because if all the media want is some fat, obnoxious person to make a fool out of themselves and reward them for it, then why aren't I rich yet???????????

However, I'm not JEALOUS of her because she has no talent. I'm jealous of, say, Slash from Guns N Roses as he's rich, talented and extremely cool.

i know i risk a barrage of abuse but here goes. alot of people felt the need to hijack the previous jade thread about how much you hate her, so i believe i am ok saying this on here. she is by no means my favourite person or the prettiest (neither am i and i expect neither are you lot) but is this really the right time to begin a i hate jade goody thread? i cannot believe how hurtful people can be. been diagnosed with cancer is hard and you need so much strength to begin the fight against it. comments like this can break peoples hearts and whilst she may not read these particular ones, she will be coming across them in the media. she needs support. and if you can't give it her then don't say anything. are you really that nasty that you feel that this is the ideal time to slate her?

i know its a free country (and forum) and you can say what you want. i have read so many other threads that turn nasty and have refrained from saying anything as i see no point. you only get picked on for doing so. but for certain reasons, i take these horrific postings personally.

i really don't want to pick a fight and i won't respond to any further comments, i just want you to think before you type/speak. she won't want you to be nice to her (if you have always hated her) just cos she has cancer now. and i agree you can't suddenly like someone just because they get ill, but you have had years to start this thread. why choose now? and please leave her kids out of it if you must slate her. i happen to think that they are cute! Since celebrity bb I have hated her, however I would not wish cancer on my worst enemy, I cant help thinking Max clifford was involved with the timing of the announcement... why would she recieve such a personal and confidential phone call on live tv is behond me...:huh: especially on Indian tv
I do hope she makes a recovery though, cervical cancer is one of the most treatable cancers...all the best to her

I had no idea that she has cancer. Poor woman. Although someone mentioned cervical cancer. Has she actually got cervical cancer or a few pre-cancerous abnormal cells which can easily be zapped? Is this her idea of a publicity stunt?

It doesn't. Millions of people have cancer and not a single one of them has ever been special enough to warrant a thread posted on here for no other reason than to be spiteful about it.

I agree that Jade Goody is somewhat irritating, however, she's just a very misguided not terribly bright person. There's no malice in her. She certainly doesn't rouse such deep emotions in me.

As for Kerry Katona though, arrggghhhh. She was so smug before Brian dumped her. I find her unbearable.:gag:

Sadly, she is no longer a "C" list celebrity that only gets coverage in Heat magazine. She's become something of a figurehead and therefore makes most of the media, therefore we're all forced to read or hear about her, and not just the brain dead who buy Heat and the like.

I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone but she can hardly say she deserves our sympathy after all the things she's done in the last 5/6 Years! The Sad thing is that this is the only way you can get finally get rid of these non celebs who waste columns in newspapers and airtime on t.v that could be used for something much more deserving!

A strange comparison. Whilst Gary Glitter's sexual preferences may be distasteful, he is (or at least was) a very talented singer and performer who brought a lot of pleasure to a lot of people with his music. Wheras Jade Goody's talent is to...er....umm.....what exactly????

I don't think it is a strange comparison, in fact you helped strengthen my argument. Although gary glitter may be a talented performer, he is also a very sick man! Whereas Jade may not be talented in the slightest, she doesn't deserve to have cancer! I was using him just to point out different celebrities as a comparison.
