We are looking for 2 more housemate (proffesional or student) to share our friendly house in Walkley, Sheffield.

The house is modern & recently decorated with all mod cons:

-good sized kithchen with dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, tv etc etc
-2 bathrooms both with showers and bath tubs.
-full central heating system.
-instant hot water.
- good BBQ garden and communal areas.

The house is situated 5 minutes walk from the 24hour tesco and tram services, approx 10 minutes walk to Sheffield University.

Rent:

Smaller room £54 per week.

Double room £65 per week.

The rent for both rooms include: Gas, Electric, Water, Wireless broadband, Cable TV, wireless phone in every room (with free evening & weekend calls), the house is also fitted with a security alarm system.

Smaller room - Not as small as the usual 'box room' you often find in terraced houses. The room comes with all new furniture (only 1 year old). Which includes: Bed, PC desk & drawers, Clothes wardrobe, Mirror, etc etc.

Double room – Very nice double room with new plastered walls, laminate floor, double bed, drawers, pc desk, clothes wardrobe. This room also has an additional walk in wash room with a wash basin.

At the moment there are 2 of us living here, 1 proffesional (me) & 1 part time student. We are all friendly, easy going, clean and tidy!!

We would be happy to welcome new housemates, female or male of any age.
