Hello,
Me and My Bro aka The Randoms host a regular show on the multi award winning internet radio station NSBradio click here to listen to to NSBradio live (http://nuskoolbreaks.co.uk/radio/listen96k.pls) On Sunday evenings from 7-9pm.
We share the slot with another local DJ Kickflip who does the 1st and 3rd Sundays whilst we do the 2nd and 4th. We play mostly breakbeat but throw in the odd bit of electro and tech funk type gubbins.
The show gets a healthy amount of live listeners from a worldwide audience and into the 1000's of downloads from archives.
We want to push the Sheffield scene to wider audience and have regular guest mixes from Sheffield DJs of all genres.
So far we've had guest mixes from UG's Jonny Townsend, Rawr's own Rol Smith, Tayo (OK he's not Sheffield but hey he's a legend) and a cheeky little one from myself.... to listen to any of the shows again, see this link (http://nuskoolbreaks.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=100720)
We've got a fantastic dubstep mix coming up this Sunday from the man like Roguestate!!!
There is a point to all this, and I'm getting to it...
Are you a Sheffield DJ wanting to get you're skillz heard by a wider audience? If so, PM me or post up in this thread... we are looking for 30-45 minute mixes (pref at 320kbps) of any genre. please give details of where/when you play and tracklists with any mixes submitted... I will listen to them all.
