Ok, so we're also considering getting married in a church too (something i've always wanted) but also, the idea of getting married at Kenwood Hall lights up my day too :hihi: Anyway...

Would seeing some graves put you off getting married at said Church? This is the picture...here. (http://www.stmarysecclesfield.com/images/Building/St_Marys_Spring.jpg)

Or has anybody actually got married here? It's St Mary's Chuch in Ecclesfield.

Binty,

I'm getting married at this very church on Saturday (23rd Aug) and I'd say go for it, it's absolutely beautiful inside and everyone makes you so very welcome. And if the gravestones worry you that much there's always the park not far away for photos!

jester, we've called the lady up to go and view it but she's on holiday at the moment so we're calling her back next week to have a look. It looks lovely from the pictures i've seen.

.

That made me laugh so much :hihi: ...... having a blonde moment Binty?
Ive been to loads of weddings at that church and although graves are present, you'll be glad to know that all the dead people stayed where they were .... although by the look of the photos a few zombies made it to the reception
