Was discussing Jungle Jim and trying to remember who played the role I always thought that Johnny Weismuller was Tarzan, but I am informed he played both roles in the cinema.Can anybody throw light on this matter for me? I am talkoing about the late forties early fifties, and saturday morning cinema.

Lex Barker and Gordon Scott. Johnny Sheffield was "Boy". Tarzan actors depend on the era you are searching for.
There was also Buster Crabb. Johnny Weismuller also played Jungle Jim.

I think you're right, I just googled the question "which actors have played Tarzan" and that was one of the names that came up.
