With no warning or anything i was shocked on Monday to see the local 24 hour garage has been demolished. This is a great shame as it had a cashpoint that didn't charge any money for getting your money out and the cash machine at the garge opposite charges £1.50 per withdrawl. If you would like to save paying any money out to get your money try the co-op its just sometimes the machine seems to be a out of order. The co-op shuts at 10pm Mon-to Sat. This is just avdice for people don't run out of petrol near birley moor road after 11pm unless you've got burly passengers who are willing to push the car.

unless youre just wantin petrol the garage on opposite side of the demolished bp is a texaco and is open while 10pm every day. its a bit of a supermarket too ...:D

...and is owned by the same people??? - but the cash machine (which used to be RBoS) now charges (£1.75 I think).

As soon as I saw that, I went elsewhere.
