I am just in the process of buying a business leasehold, do i really need all the searches? Surely if anything was a miss with the structure it would be down to the landlord to rectify. Can anyone please advise.

I wasnt even advised to do surveys, but i would highly recommend one, My roof is now leakin and the guttering needs replacing one month after taking it over. I struggle to smile at my landlord as he drives by in his Jag each morning!! |
