I am setting up some wireless connections to my router and I need to find out my Network Key. Where is it?

Thanks in anticipation.

On a lot of ISP Provided routers (Ones provided by places like PlusNet, BT, Talk Talk, etc) they are usually printed on a sticker (Usually pink or yellow) on the bottom of the router, called "WEP KEY", other than that, you would need to refer to your routers manual on setting up wireless encryption and in turn, a wireless key

It's Virgin and there is a serial and mac number underneath. Network settings is giving me a wep/wpa key when I try to set up the network. Is this differrent?

Can you connect with a network cable?

If you do this and log in to the admin panel of the router (a quick google for make/model of the router should give you the default logins - which you can then change) you should be able to get all the access info that you need.

I found it. I set it when I installed the router and I forgot all about it. Too many passwords to remember. I have wireless now.

Thanks.
