Here are some photo's of what it used to look like http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y69/trendydave/Garage1jpg.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y69/trendydave/Garagegone1.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y69/trendydave/28.jpg Kristian 28-04-2005, 20:29 Theres some info here (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29328&highlight=forty+foot) you might find useful Andrex. Welcome to the Sheffield Forum! fridgeman 10-05-2005, 06:14  just walked passed this place and notice the for sale sign which states, for sale 25 luxury flats FROM £99,950, has the world gone mad? march 10-05-2005, 06:27 I was looking at houses on vebra.com and noticed these. Some of them are going for upto 125!? If they sell any of those there must be some really gullable people! You can get equally "high spec" houses in town for that price, or on much nicer developments like Norfolk Park. simjns 10-05-2005, 10:05 people must be mad to buy on there the crimes outter control Trever 10-05-2005, 10:25 Here's another pic. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y69/trendydave/4.jpg Scutts 10-05-2005, 12:32 http://www2.vebra.com/haybrook/sales/ecimage1/041a0031047.jpg BDP100 10-05-2005, 14:20 Originally posted by fridgeman  just walked passed this place and notice the for sale sign which states, for sale 25 luxury flats FROM £99,950, has the world gone mad? It is worth 25-30k less than they are expecting for the cheapest appartments, and I know which I would choose. I bet they still sell though! redrobbo 10-05-2005, 14:37 Originally posted by march I was looking at houses on vebra.com and noticed these. Some of them are going for upto 125!? Funny you should mention Norfolk Park march......I've recently posted the following information on a separate Norfolk Park thread. Originally posted by redrobbo I called into the sales office on Norfolk Park today, as I'd promised to let the sales staff have some photos of the very last blow-down of the tower block we'd recently attended. I'd also promised Andy83 (in a PM) that I'd check on the sales. Here's what's currently available as of Sat 07 May..... Suffolk: 3 storey house, 3 bedrooms, integral garage Plot 125 - reserved Plot 126 - reserved Plot 127 - £130,500 Plot 128 - £130,000 Plot 130 - £130,500 Plot 131 - reserved Plot 132 - £130,500 Plot 133 - £130,500 Fitzwilliam: detached, 4 bedrooms, 2 parking spaces Plot 134 - reserved Cavendish: 2 bedroom apartment Plot 138 - £118,000 (ground floor) Plot 142 - £120,000 (first floor) There are also flats to rent, at £500 p.c.m., at the Queens Tower development on Norfolk Park. Norfolk Park is an extremely desireable place to live, is up and coming, and frankly, beats the pants off a whole host of other places in Sheffield. march 10-05-2005, 14:54 I saw that on the Norfolk Park thread. I don't suppose you know anything about any further developments there do you? If there are any when are they likely to come on to the market? |
