ive been on talk talk 1 meg broadband for about 3 months or so.... and after they have messed up my billing more than 3 times things seem to be sorted.

but...

today i receive a letter telling me `im one of a small number of customers whose usage level is causing network degradation, we will be unable to provide you with broadband after the 19th may'

cheers! so i guess there IS a download limit even though its a un-capped unlimited service, i guess its `oh yes, use it as much as you like....but not that much' they state a section in the terms and conditions that i have yet to look into. what a load of rubbish!

oh and 19th May is my birthday....happy birthday me! gits :gag:

Many second-rate ISPs have hidden usage limits. The nonsense about network degradation is an excuse to kick you off because heavy users like yourself are less profitable than occasional users.

Cheer up, there are many ISPs that offer a genuine unlimited service.
