Having a bit of a problem with credit checks and they're saying it's because I'm not on the Electoral Roll. Does anyone know how I can get on it as I've looked online and the only thing I can find is to do with the Church of England. Surely this can't be it.

You should get a registration card posted to the property address every year....the council offices will be able to advise you further!
