As its pet waste - why not contact the RSPCA Shelter and ask how they dispose of their special waste.
As its pet waste it has to be incinerated as the faeces can carry harmful bacteria, both to humans and the environment.

Actually rabbit and guinea poo makes exceptionally good compost , my friend in London takes as many bags as she can.
She grows fantastic veg , we are still alive after eating the veg for the last 10 years.
My friend at Heeley farm tells me its no more harmful to the enviroment than horse poo!!
He is the manger of enviromental stuf there along with heat efficency
all our rabbits are treated for worms so shouldn't be harmful to humans.
I am imformed by my friend in africa that they would mix it with water and more straw and put into molds , for burning in home fires!!
I will ask the RSPCA how they dispose of theirs though, as thats a good idea.
