There is a good one at Las Americas.
It is on a Saturday morning (Starts around 6am).

If you need a pitch, you need to ask for Mr Al flogowt.
I got a lovely bird table from there just last year but could not get it through customs, so be careful what you buy.

If you dont mind traveling too far, there is a good one at Alvor in portugal.

It is on the main street, go past "Vera's" bingo hall, turn left and go past "fanny's" bookshop, turn left again and head towards "codpiece" chip shop.

It will be straight in front of you.

I bought a nice trailer tent from there last year, but could not get it through customs, so be careful what you buy.
