Im looking into a house at Morland Road in Herdings at the moment im living on the manor and totally hating the place so much that im seriously getting depressed with living here.

Dont know that much about Herdings one of my friends said not to touch it loads of gangs etc anyone got any thoughts on if im jumping out of the frying pan into the fire.

Lol not quite sure myself think its near Gleadless Townend its on the tram route (well just off from it)

Ive never lived on the manor ..... but Ive lived near it and its reputation is a bit hairy... not to mention notorious, not a place i would consider .......... but gleadless isnt too bad .... is it?

I'd rather be depressed on Herdings than depressed on the Manor any day. There's always someone with a 'bad' story to tell about anywhere you live. If you have the chance to move, do it :)

I lived on Lower Manor for many years and i decided I had to get out when i had my son as the neighbours on my street were vile. I bought a house at Herdings and have lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. Its really nice round here and I would 100% chose herdings over manor any day.

Nooooooooooo lol i thought it was someone who worked with my daughter i got the wrong person!

Have a look at the area yourself. What one person thinks is ok another will dislike. Only you can make that final desicion.

i lived there most of my life never had any problems, great area much better than the manor!!

Going for a nosy of the area this afternoon and a viewing tonight see how it goes xxx
