How long will the bjj be and can you just go to the bjj?

I've no doubt you've done this already but will you be having a chat with John downstairs? I sure he'll promote it to his guys being as its what they do and I know Ricks part of Gracie Barra.

if you only want to do the BJJ part you can do that but it's still full price for the seminar, the last seminar Rick did for me the BJJ covered 3/4 of the seminar.
