Hi! me, my housemate and my cat are looking for someone to share our terraced house in Crookes.
its a double attic room thats available - loads of cupboard space and a double bed.
our house has sky and broadband internet. kitchen has washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dual fuel oven.
Room available from end of August. we want someone nice and friendly. if you like film, food and the odd gin and tonic, thats even better

rent is £240 a month. council tax works out at £37 a month. we preferably want another "young professional" like us.
