I have a 7 year old staffy, who is lovely and not aggressive at all though he does get exciteable

The dog (his name is Otis) needs a good 2 walks a day or he gets too full of energy and gets restless

Can anyone recommend a sitter, not a live in one preferably, or a kennel in the lower walkley/hillsborough area who isn't going to charge more then £15 a day, i know that may be asking a lot, if not i will cancel my holiday, been let down last minute by a friend who was supposed to be having him

I've already had a good look through the previous posts and can't seem to find anyone local

I wish you luck in your search

August is usually fully booked months in advance for any pet sitting or boarding services

the best I can suggest is that you contact all that you can find in the phonebook and ask to be notified of any cancellations

bear in mind that for kenneling you usually need kennel cough vaccine which must be administered 2 weeks before they go in

I assume you were planning to go abroad?

no i was going to infest (festival) in bradford, its the only holiday i get each year, he had all his boosters in july but as my house mate was supposed to look after him i didn't get the kennel cough as well and now its too late as its less then 2 weeks away :(

Email Jacky at Paw Pals - sheffield@paw-pals.co.uk

I'm not sure that they cover Hillsbro, but she's very good. :)

My OH may be able to help. How many days? She is police checked and works as a lecturer (and loves animals).

its the same weekend but a different festival, this one is indoors in the uni buildings and can't take dogs, wouldn't be a good environment for him anyway to be honest

I could possibly help you out with a few walks since from your location I must be just round the corner from you, but obviously I'm not a professional animal sitter.

I've got a 14 week old Cavalier King Charles (Zachary), super well behaved, but I'm looking for someone to keep him company on the odd times I go out (to the movies, etc). Obviously, I might be back late (after 11pm), can anyone recommend anyone to look after him?

Thanks in advance!
