Where do I apply to for a residential parking permit? Does anyone know? I'm going to go and have a look online now - but if anyone could tell me who in the council I have to contact I'd be grateful!

thanks very much! emailed them, will just have to wait and see what comes out of it (I don't know why I'm bothering really, no traffic wardens ever come round but they will do if I park there without a permit!)
