We have a single well furnished room which includes bed, study table,wardrobe,chair, wall to wall carpet on Abbeydale road in a newly furnshed house (15minutes walk from Sheffield Hallam University, 30 minutes walk from University of Sheffield, by bus 5 min to SHU and 15 minutes to Uni of Sheffield) available to both boys and girls. The current people (all students- two girls and two boys) living in the house are from Delhi and Mumbai and all speak hindi.

The rent is 140 pounds for the room plus around 10-20 pounds for electricity, water and gas per month.

It might be of interest to people who are coming to Sheffield for the first time as we can also offer a bed for the first few days @ 12 pounds per night (including water,gas,electricity) on a sharing basis. This is indeed a nice option for those people who first wish to come to shefield and then decide subsequently about an accomodation. This also gives a chance to make new friends specially from the same course and then live togther with them. We might also come to the railway station to pick you up so that there is absolutely no problem for the first timers.
