hi can any one help me?

my son gets DLA and as done so since he was 4year old, now he is nearly 16. he get middle rate and I have heard that he is intitled to a free bus pass.
dose any one know if this is so and if it is what do I need to do?

you need to apply, via First-Point, at howden house, they'll give you a form to be filled in by you and your GP confirming laddo has a disability, and gets the disability benefit, etc, and then you take that in to a SYPTE travel centre (IIRC) and they will order one for you, which will be sent to your home.
