I get married in october on 25th and im starting to worry now.
i'm having nightmares that it all goes horribly wrong.
I have never been one for standing in front of people talking but obviously i have no choice with this and im getting more and more nervous how can i stop the anxiety before it totally ruins my day

why are you so nervous? By talking in front of everyone do you mean when saying your vows? If so just have a small wedding - we're having about 16 and then have a bigger reception - we're havin 100 ish.
Or are you making a speech - if so - don't!! It's you day - do exactly what you want!! Some people have questioned why they are not invited to the actual wedding, but nobody has said anything - or of they have they haven't said it to us - so I don't care!!!

Hey, just remember that everyone there is going to be on your side, they're coming to see you get married and support you and they'll all be wishing you well. No-one is going to criticise you if you look a bit nervous, chances are they won't be able to tell the difference between nerves and happy emotional-ness anyway! When you're saying your vows, just concentrate on your OH, you're saying the vows to each other not to the people watching. I'm not one for being the centre of attention so I do sympathise. Also on the day remember you'll have your OH there to support you!

I didn't get at all nervous, it was excitement! The two emotions can easily be confused.
