Our house is currently on the market, being sold through ELR.
This is a lovely sized house with an extended kitchen and a very large family bathroom which has just been redecorated (there is a bath and seperate shower).
The hallway and stairs have just been replastered and we had new double glazing fitted a year ago.
The living room and dining room are both a good size and again have recently been redecorated.
The garden is very big and as it backs onto the University grounds, it isn't overlooked, so very secluded and quiet. The garden does need an overhaul, it was on our to do list but we ran out of time! The kitchen is also a little dated, but is still in very good condition, some new tiles and replacement doors would transform it.
We do have a genuine reason for selling this house, and will be sad to leave. The area is lovely, 5 mins walk to Graves Park and bus routes at the end of the road.
