Nah - the only pub only Lydgate Lane is the Hallamshire.

Worral. I'm not familiar with the area but I beleive it is either on, or leads to Haggstones Road. As you head towards Worral it's on your left.

Went there once or twice whilst 'at Loxley College in the late eighties'.

Nope, it's DEFINITELY on Worrall Road, just past Wadsley church.

Yes this pub was my local when I lived with my parents at hillsborough. It is at wadsley, on worral lane. It used to be a fantastic old local with a pool table. But I went back (about 15 years ago!) and was totally distraught to find they had poshed it up and extended it into the car park. It is close to the top of langsett avenue, wadsley common and wadsley church.
