MY NELLIE HAD CRUCIATE SURGERY 4 WEEKS AGO AND AT THE WEEKEND SHE COLLASPED.
WE TOOK HER TO THE VETS THIS MORNING WHO TOLD US HER OTHER LEG HAD GONE BUT THE OTHER LEG WASNT STRONG ENOUGH TO SUPPORT HER
SHE HAD NOT DONE HER BUSINESS SINCE THURSDAY AND WAS STRUGGLING TO WALK

SO TO STOP HER SUFFERING AND PAIN I HAVE HAD TO MAKE THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE AND HAVE MY BABY PUT TO SLEEP

THIS HAS DESTROYED ME AND GAZ XXXXXXXX

I am so sorry to hear this sad news & my heart goes out to you amyrach i can really understand what you are going through as i had to make this horrid decision back on may 1st with my old little girl.

Amyrach, I just wanted to say how sorry I am to read this. I've read many posts of yours which show clearly how much you loved your Nelliebear.

You know now that she is free of pain but sadly it doesn't mean you are.

I am so sorry to hear about Nelliebear, what an awful thing to have to happen.
I know how much you love your dogs and how much being strong for them hurts sometimes, I really feel for you and Gaz :sad:

Oh Amy- I'm so sorry to hear about poor Nelliebear.

You must be in pieces. Have a hug (for what it's worth) and just know that you've taken the only decision that you could take in her interests and to release her from her pain.

I'm so sorry to hear about Nelliebear, One of the worst deaths to experience is the death of a pet, you put your life and love into them. I really hope you manage to overcome this and keep going with Nelliebear still in your heart :)

My heart goes out to you. It's never an easy decision to make, but you made the right one, I haven't been a member of this Forum for very long but I am a pet owner and know exactly what you are going through. Time will heal, but she will live on in your thoughts.

That must be such a shock after you said she was doing well only last week

At least her suffering is over now :(

They leave such a big hole in your life when they leave us :cry:
