We have a therapy room available on an hourly or daily basis in Zest Centre at Upperthorpe, S6. The room is on the first floor, has lots of natural light, laminate floor, blinds for privacy, running hot & cold water in the room and use of a Plinth 2000 therapy couch if needed. The room is currently unused so attractive rates are available, plus our centre is open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 9pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7am to 6pm.

Zest Centre (formerly known as Upperthorpe Healthy Living Centre) is a vibrant project for the long term holistic health improvement of the Sheffield population. The centre has a number of health related facilities including

- GP referral scheme
- Cardiac rehabilitation
- Pulmonary rehabilitation
- Fully equipped gym
- Pool offering a full range of activities some of which include swimming lessons, aquafit and women only swimming. The pool has excellent facilities for disabled visitors.

The centre is easily accessed by public transport, been only a few minutes walk from the Infirmary Road tram stop, and there is good free public car parking in the immediate vicinity of the centre.
