First time "house seller" here and would like to know good freebies/cheap newspapers and websites to help sell a family 3 bedroomed home in S4 going at £99,950. Was valued around £105,000-£110,000 but lowered my price to avoid any messing about. Im completely new to the selling game so appreicate any help.
