Just had this done and some bone removed to release the pressure on the nerves causing pain in my leg. Just wondered if anyone has any advice about after care. My surgeon want me to lay down flat most of the time and be upright and walking about in between, no sitting, no driving for six weeks.
I have a little discomfort down my leg (nothing to what it was) and wondered if this was normal. Any good advice gratefully recieved.
