I'm wondering which restaurant you rate highly at Valley Centertainment? I'm planning a night out and I have held a few bad things said about Old Orleans.

The Boardwalk I find is always consistently good quality. They do fantastic pork ribs that just fall off the bone too. :love:

We went there and it was rubbish. You could hear the microwave pinging!

Always prefer Old Orleans - even been tonight.

Decent food, decent prices and friendly staff

i personally don't like Old orleans but i really like Frankie and Benny's. We've never had a bad meal there and the service is great

Went to Old Orleans with a friend the other day - totally unimpressed. Thirteen quid or thereabouts for beef fajitas which consisted of three flour tortillas and about four peices of beef. I was pleased it was her and not me so thought a tenner for my burger would be better... turned up a run of the mill burger and a handful of chips. Never again. Left hungry and thirty odd quid worse off.

Chiquito is quite nice, and of course there is a Nando's at Centertainment now which is always good.

Prezzo is newly opened at Centertainment and quite frankly, pees all over the other restaurants there. It's modern Italian with a bit of a Cafe Rouge feel to it. Very chic looking inside, very good food and we had brilliant service too.

My husband and I had 3 courses and 2 rounds of drinks there on Thursday night for £42.50.

Nando's, simple decent food. The others serve overpriced over processed rubbish.

The new place that has opened next to Nandos, Prezzo is amazing. The only 'decent' resturant on there if you ask me. Waiters actually pour your drinks out, mellow music, lovely stonebaked Calzone. Very very good indeed. Only problem is it looks like it's not yet open due to all the building work going on around it, but don't be fooled!

How many does Prezzo hold? I think 20/30 people will want something to eat.

It can easy seat 20-30 judging from when I went it last week. Looks like it can hold 60-70 comfortably.

Mind you, you might shock them a bit, every time I have been in there have been 7-8 people maximum as no-one knows it's open!

Just like to confirm what everybody's saying about Prezzo's - it's excellent. Eaten a couple of times there now and very impressed. Pizza and pasta freshly cooked, and the fishcakes in a cream and prawn sauce were fantastic! Definitely a better class of place at Centertainment.

I came on here to recommend Chiquito's which is a favourite of mine but had never heard of this Prezzo place - sounds great, will have to try!

Prezzo is absoulutely brill lovely staff and gorge food!

Prezzo doesnt microwave all theor food. Unless that big stone oven with the flames inside is is some sort of new design mocrowave I havent seen before.

I'd avoid Old Orleans myself. Went Saturday...quite poor food at silly prices.
She admitted using the microwave, because only one was working and it was 'the slow one'

Can certainly second this! Four of us went and all had different meals (including the calzone) and all were fantastic. Would definately choose this over the other sort.

Belle Italia is great I only ever go there now used to go to Bitz N Pizza but the food and service is rubbish compared to B.I

Old Orleans is awful. I had their chicken fajitas recently and it was honestly the worst meal out I've ever had. Completely tasteless and a total rip off.

Yet ANOTHER reason to avoid them then! Halal is simply horrific. Come on, this is the 2st century - not the middle ages. If we are going to eat animals the least we can do is slaughter them humanely.

I'd agree with the Boardwalk! Good service, amazing burgers! I have to say though that EVERYTHING with Centertainment is a complete rip-off!

i take back the previous comment i mead about boardwalk. i went there yesterday and the food wasn't even cooked, chips were hard and the ribs were still pink in the middle. gone right down since the last time i went.

i always go to Chiquito's or Belle Italia
