currently trying to setup a website for a business. As we are still setting up i decided to try and skimp a bit and use the free hosting ive got at btconnect and virginmedia but when i try and verify it with google etc i upload the little html file but it cannot be found. Has anyone got any ideas?

One of my mates had webhosting for unlimited domains and was wondering if anyone had the same sort of thing and fancies being really kind and lending me some of it....?
Cheers for any help in advance!!

I use Abyss X2 version, not that much different to X1 but you can tweak a few advanced settings if you get bored. Its very stable indeed and user friendly.....installed php5 the other day and it was very easy...
