does anyone know why they are drawing on the roads around west bar, corporation strret and now i notice on the wicker? I assume that they show whats under the road as i saw some men with what looked like a flymo but was probably ground radar the other day near spitlefields, but why are they doing so much of it now? it cant be for the new ring road as AFAIK west bar isnt part of it.

Yeah I saw these outside the police station and wondered what was going on. Very pretty and arty!

I believe the marks on the roads and roadsides are due to the new ring road extension which will be along shalesmoor. The marks allow the road crews to dig around certain things (gas, electricity etc).

isnt the ring road extension going from shalesmoor to wicker via the kelam island area and so is nowhere near west bar?
Whats going on at west bar r/bout?
With all the markings on the ground?
