I have just become engaged and am looking for a special place to hold our special day. I would love to have an outdoor ceremony or have the wedding breakfast outside, does anyone have any ideas?
I have heard about the botanical gardens and Padley Gorge but am not sure how to get hold of the latter, does anyone know?

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Have a look in the Wedding Group (It will be in the specialist groups section), they will probably be the best people to ask.

Whirlow hall farm does weddings now, and it is lovely there.

Why not try the Millenium Galley or even Aston Hall, they have lovely gardens there.

Renishaw hall is lovely. . Think they now do packages .. Also weston park were handing brochures out last month suggesting they are now licenced for weddings if you prefer something very central.

Im getting married at Ringwood Hall and they are so helpful! I think they are having a wedding fair in Aug. They do BBQs and you can married outside.

im having my reception and meal at the hilton hotel, if you have the smaller room they give you a private balcony which overlooks the victoria quays and im sure you'd be able top have your meal outside

you cannot legally get married outdoors, there has to be some kind of structure. or you can do registry office and have a second non legal ceremony outdoors.

There is a thread in the sticky area at the top of this group dedicated to wedding venues. Please read that and avoid duplication of threads.
