I want to add some music to an email - it has to be extremely small say 250-300 kb or it won't go for some reason. I have reduced a piece of music using Audacity exported it as a wav file but 1 minutes sound is 10 mb which is way too much. I can't zip it because then it wont play it just goes as an attachment.

Not sure how to contact the Moderator but if you are out please delete this thread - I made the mistake of putting it on twice!!

Look at the bottom right corner of your post.

See "Report Post"?

Just click on that and type a request for deletion in the box that pops up.

Just to confirm ... you want the music to play when the recipient opens the e-mail?

Use compression software, and attach the archived file to the email.

Using Audacity, save the music as a mono, 22khz low-bitrate mp3 or wma and 1 minute of music should be about the size you want.
